One of the most classic and most used Italian white marble of all time. A clear background with few light gray intrusions. The quality of the Carrara material is defined by the whiteness of the background and the composition of the gray grain. At the quarry, the lots are classified as C or CD, where the “C” quality has a whiter background while the “CD” is slightly more grayish. The whiter background color is, the higher the quality of the material. Carrara White Marble can be used both indoors and outdoors, it is particularly suitable for flooring; this type of material is also widely used by sculptors for artworks.
