It is known as Giallo Siena Classico, Giallo Siena Acceso or Giallo Unito. It shows a uniform color, sometimes with shades towards lighter tones. In thin section it presents a grainblastic structure with, differently developed and distributed. The main mass is composed by bands of small crystals ( with the same dimensions – isometric),  and small parallel bands of larger crystals.
